ForTorque® Swivelling-Rotary Modules
Overview
ForTorque® stands for super-thin, high-dynamic swivelling-rotary modules with large torques, very compact dimensions and little weight.
ForTorque® is a construction kit consisting of servo-electric swivelling-rotary modules, that are available in six sizes with diameters of 16, 20, 25, 35, 40 & 45 mm. The modules are compatible with our QickLab® & HighDynamic® linear motor actuator series and are equipped with an AC servo drive, a gearbox and generously dimensioned backlash-free bearings. This makes them especially suitable for screwing applications, as well as angular positioning of applications with large external inertia loads. Exact angular positioning, endless rotation and torque control over motor currents are the performance characteristics, as well as an extended operating temperature range of -30°C to +90°C ambient temperature.
The ideal automation product for fast screwing, swivelling handlings, mountings and test automation.

For our ForTorque® swivelling-rotary modules, we preferably use controllers out of the LinMot® range.
Alternatively, controllers from FAULHABER and TECHNOSOFT can be used!
